Machine tool performance and characteristics:

This series of machine tools are suitable for blanking, stretching and pressing of plastic materials. Such as blanking, bending, flanging, sheet drawing, fine blanking, and cold extrusion of metal parts. It can also be used for correction, press mounting, grinding wheel forming and pressing forming of plastic products and powder products. The middle and middle machine tools adopt the hydraulic transmission form, which has the advantages of hydraulic press and mechanical press. They can not only change the size of pressing force at will without overload, but also meet the requirements of pressure maintenance and time delay for each work step in the pressing process. In order to achieve the purpose of fast idle down and fast return of the slider, the machine tool adopts a speed increasing oil cylinder, which automatically turns to slow operation when contacting the workpiece, reducing the displacement of the required oil pump and motor power, and reducing the noise. A photoelectric protective device can be installed in front of the workbench to form a protective barrier in front of the workbench to protect the personal safety of the operator. The machine tool is a centralized button, which can realize three operation specifications: adjustment, semi-automatic and automatic. Therefore, this machine has the advantages of novel structure, reliable performance, complete functions and high production efficiency. It is a new generation of mechanical presses.
