Key points to pay attention to during the selection of CNC shearing machine
CNC shearing machine is a widely used cutting equipment in machining, which can cut steel plate materials of various thicknesses. The commonly used shearing machines are divided into three types: flat shearing, rolling shearing, and vibration shearing. Flat scissors are relatively commonly used. Cutting thickness less than 10mm is mostly mechanical transmission, while those greater than 10mm are hydraulic transmission. Generally, single or continuous metal cutting is carried out using foot pedals or button controls. It is achieved by using a moving upper blade and a fixed lower blade, with a reasonable blade gap, to apply shear force to metal sheets of various thicknesses, causing the sheets to fracture and separate according to the required size. The principle and construction of a shearing machine are commonly used to cut blank sheets with straight edges. The cutting process should ensure the straightness and parallelism requirements of the sheared surface of the sheet metal, and minimize the distortion of the sheet metal as much as possible to obtain high-quality workpieces.
During the selection process of a CNC shearing machine, the following points should be noted:
(1) Determine the specifications of the purchased machine based on your own demand parameters, while also taking into account the potential needs of expanding the company in the future and leaving a certain margin to determine the machine parameters. Especially for the requirement range of material thickness for shearing, the slitting machine can be contacted with the manufacturer to purchase the slitting size after the model parameters of the machine are determined.
(2) Confirming which manufacturers produce the machine to be purchased is often overlooked in this process, because no matter which manufacturer is contacted, they will basically inform them that they specialize in producing the product of that model. In fact, different manufacturers often produce different models, and manufacturers often provide various models of products through stock adjustment. So users need to pay special attention to choosing what is suitable for themselves.
(3) After contacting multiple companies that produce machines and obtaining the price, parameters, payment, and delivery methods of the machines, the important step is to choose the manufacturer to purchase from. Generally, selecting a trustworthy manufacturer after removing high and low prices can achieve better cost-effectiveness while ensuring quality and after-sales service.
(4) Choose a few special manufacturers for comparison, and learn more about the usage, quality, and after-sales service of machine tools purchased in the surrounding area. Taking into account multiple factors, choose a manufacturer with favorable prices and high-quality services.
